Philanthropist professor Saw Swee Hock has given his most generous donation yet - $30 million to launch a new school at the NUS. The money will go towards researching cost effective ways of improving public health that are relevant to Asia, and will be done at the new Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. Prof Saw has also donated to NTU and SMU, as well as overseas institutions such as the London School of Economics and the University of Hong Kong.
