Blip over Bay Run bib?

SMU student Ashley Liew was the 3rd fastest local runner in the Safra Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon. However, he did not receive a prize because he had been issued with an Open (international) category bib and he was not among the fastest three finishers in that category. If he had been issued with a Closed (local) bib, he would have finished 3 rd in that category and won S$500. The organisers are reviewing the matter.
