Dr Kirpal Singh, director of the Wee Kim Wee Centre at SMU, joined President Nathan on stage at the launch of a collection of short stories and radio plays by S Rajaratnam. Rajaratnam was one of Singapore's founding fathers and the PAP's ideologue.
