Citizen engagement: Top-down support for ground-up initiatives

A reader, wrote in to support the article ?The lines are starting to blur? ( Today, July 25) by Eugene Tan, Assistant Professor of Law at SMU. He commented that while there have been some steps towards more consultative government, more should be taken. He believes the government feedback unit, REACH, is well positioned to play an increasingly important role supporting citizens in shaping policy agenda.
