Mr Liu Yonghao, chairman of Chinese conglomerate New Hope Group, was in town for the Singapore Business Leaders Programme, a five-day training and networking programme by the Human Capital Leadership Institute, an institute spearheaded by the Ministry of Manpower in partnership with SMU.
