Elections Department announces appointment of NCMPs

Asst Prof Eugene Tan said that with SPP's loss of Potong Pasir and Bishan-Toa Payoh, and with the imminent retirement of Mr Chiam See Tong, it is not surprising for his wife Lina Chiam to accept the NCMP appointment to stay in touch with the Singapore political scene.
