Increasing acceptance of rule of law concept in ASEAN

In announcing the results of a study conducted by ASEAN's Human Rights Resource Center, Assistant Professor Mahdev Mohan found a growing consensus in ASEAN that the rule of law is essential to strengthen democracy and promote and protect fundamental human rights.
