Cedric Foo, Steve Chia to fight for Pioneer SMC

Asst Prof Eugene Tan thinks that among the SMCs, other than Hougang and Potong Pasir, the biggest fight will take place in Pioneer, which pits veteran MP Cedric Foo against former NCMP Steve Chia.
