Worker's Party to field its A Team in Moulmein-Kallang GRC?

In response to speculation that Worker's Party will field its strongest team in Moulmein-Kallang GRC, Asst Prof Eugene Tan feels that it is more likely that Workers' Party chief Low Thia Khiang will stay on to retain Hougang SMC.
