Lim Boon Heng widely believed to be leaving Jurong GRC

Asst Prof Eugene Tan is not surprised to hear that Lim Boon Heng may leave Jurong GRC. Jurong will still be led by Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, he says, so there won't be a dearth of top leadership with Mr Lim's departure.
