Commenting on the survey of voters' sentiments by the daily, Asst Prof Eugene Tan pointed out that immigration not being the top hot-button issue may indicate that the Government's efforts over the past year to engage Singaporeans on immigration have succeeded in lowering the level of concern and discontent.
