Parliament scheduled for 11 April: Observers think it's still possible to have an April GE

Asst Prof Eugene Tan said that even as Parliament has been scheduled for 11 April, the GE could still occur in April if there is nothing noteworthy tabled for discussion and Parliament is called off.
