Communications is key in young candidates winning older voters' confidence

Asst Prof Eugene Tan observes that the older voters may lack confidence and belief in the young candidates as they have not weathered trials such as war or poverty. It would definitely be a challenge for the younger candidates to win over the older voters, he said.
