New immigrants getting used to queuing in Singapore

Assistant Professor Chung Wai Keung commented that the practice of queuing is one manifestation of a civilised society because it contributes towards efficiency but not queuing does not mean that people are self-centred as it is an aspect of society lacking this custom just like in China.
