Hougang more supportive of Low Thia Khiang than his party

Assistant Professor`Eugene Tan commented that whether Low Thia Khiang is ready to hand the reins in Hougang over to Sylvia Lim depends on whether residents are supporting Workers Party, the man himself or as long as it is an opposition.
