The Finance sector players may need to spend more effort understanding how to meet their customers' needs. The latest Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore study shows that the sector's score fell to its lowest since 2007. The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU, which helms the study, announced that the Finance & Insurance sector's score fell from 68.2 in 2009 to 66.6 last year. Healthcare, on the other hand, did not see big movements, going from 68.9 in 2009 to 68.6.
