Service firms lock in CNY staffing

SMU Assoc Prof Tan Hwee Hoon commented that excessive cases of medical leave may be 'a form of protest' which point to underlying problems within the organisation. It would be more effective to engage service staff and make them feel valued, and initiatives such as providing meals for staff could 'go a long way'.
