Former Filipino slum kid urges youth to reach out

Efren Penaflorida Jr leads an organisation of thousands of young people who take education to disadvantaged children through mobile “pushcart classrooms”. He was one of 350 young leaders who came from around the world to attend the 21 st International Association for Volunteer Effort Youth Volunteer Conference, held at Singapore Management University.
