The 21st International Association for Volunteer Effort’s World Volunteer Conference 2011 is being held in Singapore for the first time at Resorts World Sentosa from January 24-27 and its Youth Volunteer Conference is taking place at SMU from January 21-23, expecting to draw a crowd of 350.
