Universities, polys, ITE to raise tuition fees

Tertiary students will see a hike in tuition fees in the coming academic year, with a greater differentiation being made between foreigners and Singaporeans. Citizen undergrads at NTU, NUS and SMU are to pay 3-6% more. SMU president Arnoud De Meyer said: ?Our wide range of scholarships and financial assistance ensures that no deserving students are denied an education with us because of financial difficulty.?
