PM asks for registers of electors to be revised by Feb 28 <strong></strong>

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan pointed out that this meant an intention to include younger voters in the election process and that the register of electors should be updated first before electoral boundaries are determined for greater accuracy and fairness.
