Kenneth: Chiam See Tong once considered joining Reform Party

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan commented that should Mr Chiam See Tong decide to join the Reform Party headed by Mr Kenneth Jeyaretnam, he would be perceived as abandoning the Singapore People's Party and this will weaken the influence of SPP.
