Need to build competencies for successful functioning of managers

The Vice-Chancellor of Bharathiar University C. Swaminathan has said that in order to ensure successful functioning of managers, there was a need to identify, hone and nurture competencies. The university is in discussion with the University of Melbourne, NUS, and SMU, for mutual co-operation in realising the above aims.
