China's future strides in technological research

SMU President Arnoud De Meyer pointed out, in an interview with French newspaper Le Monde, that the middle classes in China, India and Singapore are increasingly setting their sights on high quality tertiary education in their home countries rather than insisting on sending their children abroad.
