Teresa Lim, Managing Director of IBM Singapore, says IBM has been a strong advocate of entrepreneurship since 2007 and has collaborated with NUS, NTU, SMU and the Institute of Systems Science to launch an academic programme called Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) to help nurture a 'T-shaped' workforce.
