Chiam's power will be hit by his move to seek refuge with Reform Party

Observers say if Chiam See Tong does not get the support of the Singapore People's Party and joins Reform Party as an individual, his power base will be hit. SMU Asst Prof Eugene Tan says the support of SPP is crucial for Chiam.
