Students upset over park & pay

From November 15, the Singapore Institute of Management will charge drivers $1 an hour when they park at its two carparks. The move has upset some students of the university, who find the charges too high and have put up a petition on Facebook calling for the university to allow season parking for students. SMU's season parking charges for students were published together with the charges of other tertiary institutions.
