Political Observers: Cabinet Reshuffle is not unexpected

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan is more surprised by the timing of the reshuffle ? being a mere 15 months away from the latest expected date of February 2012. He said: ?I didn't think the government was going to wait 15 months before the next Elections. Nevertheless I would see this reshuffle as the government's process of political renewal and to acknowledge the contributions of those who have performed well.?
