After two consecutive years of having their consumer satisfaction index slide, Singapore's tourism and F&B industries are finally reversing the trend. The tourism industry, in particular, has seen vast improvement in its consumer satisfaction index. The results were released yesterday by the Institute of Service Excellence of the Singapore Management University (ISES), based on its survey on consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction index for the tourism, hotels and accommodation services sector at 69.3 points this year, up 2.2 points from last year. The F&B sector's overall score was 65.1, 0.1 point up from last year's score.
