Speakers' Corner, 10 years on

The Speakers' Corner at Hong Lim Park turned 10 years old on September 1 this year. SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan said the Speakers' Corner had its high points and its very normal existence. He said: "I think increasingly Singaporeans are beginning to see the Speakers' Corner as a venue in which they can canvass for certain causes. It is a place where you have less restriction.?
