It pays to give students satisfying experiences

SMU provost and deputy president (academic affairs) Rajendra K Srivastava said ?the experience of university education is quite different from point-to-point daily transactions that occur in more commercial, consumer circumstances? and that engagement between the university and its students is ?multi-dimensional, dynamic and challenging, where we have to address not only their academic needs but also emotional needs and other areas of well-being.?
