NCSS board to focus on collaboration

The new board of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), an umbrella body for about 400 member voluntary welfare organisations here, hopes to better engage member organisations, understand their needs and promote collaborations between members. A new face on the board is Mr Robert Chew, the honorary centre director of the Lien Centre for Social Innovation at the Singapore Management University.
