Increase grant for overseas medical students

A Straits Times reader writes in to comment on the necessity of increasing grants for overseas medical students. He added that the government should also consider awarding grants to overseas students pursuing other professional courses and brought up the shortage of lawyers in Singapore, even with the setting up of a second law school at SMU.
