Singaporean Chinese say new migrants' from China love to speak English

On the Singaporean Chinese who say they meet a good number of new migrants from China who choose to converse with them in English, SMU Asst Prof Chung Wai-keung says as Singapore's first language is English, some new migrants feel they will be discriminated against if they didn't speak English.
