Tertiary business plan competition has foreign participants for the first time; Singaporean students clinch top prize with the help of ice cream

Start-up@Singapore business plan competition organised by NUS is into its 11 th year. For the first time, it was opened to ASEAN tertiary students this year and drew 34 teams. The winning team was made up of NUS graduate, 23-year-old Wu Zhimin and SMU student, 26-year-old, Pan Weiquan. Their Soyato ice cream clinched the top prize with a S$20,000 cash prize.
