To charge or not to charge?

Ng Kang Yu, who has a place to read arts and social sciences at NUS, came across the MoneyWise Youth Board Game as a volunteer with the CDAC. It was designed by the South East Community Development Council and students from SMU to teach budgeting, smart spending and saving the players.
