This year's university applications rise by 1.5%

With the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) opening this year, public universities have been able to provide more opportunities for students. In tandem with this, applications have also increased by 1.5% this year. The popular courses for NUS, NTU and SMU remained largely the same as last year. For SMU, competition is highest in its law undergraduate programme.
