Leadership hub launched

A global talent and leadership hub called the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) was launched yesterday at the fast-developing yet rustic area of Nepal Hill near Buona Vista. Set up by the Ministry of Manpower and Singapore Management University, it will provide information and advice on how to manage talent and develop leadership to firms wishing to enter the Asian market.
