DFS, CK Tang lead retail sector improvement

The latest CSISG, conducted by ISES, showed that customer satisfaction in the retail sector climbed in 2010. Department stores registered the biggest improvement where DFS led the pack, jumping 10.49 points from last year's 66.2. CK Tang ranked second in the sub-sector. Its CSISG score climbed 4.69 points to 70.2 in 2010, from 65.5 last year.
