SID to help companies tie up with directors

Speaking at an event jointly organised by SID and SMU to mark the graduation of 28 professionals and executives with the Executive Certificate in Directorship, SID chairman John Lim said that SID will roll out a match-making service this year to help companies find suitable directors and widen the search for board members.
