Reason why pastor not arrested

Political analyst [SMU Assistant Professor of Law] Eugene Tan felt the Government had calibrated its responses to the perceived dangers in both cases -- the first being the arrest of three youth who posted racist comments on Facebook, and the second where Pastor Rony Tan was called up by the Internal Security Department for insulting the beliefs of Buddhists and Taoists.
