How to build the capability of SME leaders

It is important for CEOs of small medium enterprises to start building the capabilities of their leaders if they want to create a bigger impact on the bottom-line. This point was emphasised at a seminar organised by Singapore Management University titled ?Building a Pipeline of SME Leaders?. It was in conjunction with the graduation of the 3rd batch of the SMU-SPRING SME Leaders Advanced Management Programme.
