A leg-up for start-ups

Associate Professor Annie Koh, dean of executive and professional education, said the National Research Foundation's $50-million Technology Incubation Scheme showed the government is serious about jumpstarting innovation here, and suggests that moving forward, the role of local incubators and private equity fund managers can be increased through joint ventures with international ones.
