Speaking at a [Ho Rih Hwa Leadership in Asia Public Lecture Series] lecture at Singapore Management University, Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang was asked if he has ever made a major mistake in his life. Smiling, he responded that he knows the people have high expectations of a Chief Executive, sometimes overly high. And some have said that his biggest mistake was to have become the Chief Executive.
