HK-Singapore collaboration in financial regulatory reform will benefit Asia

Speaking at the SMU Ho Rih Hwa Leadership in Asia Public Lecture Series, Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang says there are major reforms at the policy and structure level in Singapore and Hong Kong but they are disparate and lack momentum for implementation. He adds that the financial regulatory agencies on both sides can join forces to help strengthen this area to the whole region's benefit.
