More signing up to learn sign language
Sign language classes have seen a 50 per cent increase in sign-ups over the past year. One of those pursuing it, 21-year-old business undergraduate at the Singapore Management University Felicia Chia, says she hopes to help out as an interpreter for the deaf community.
