Singapore plans to have a new hub called Singapore Link, which aims to put Singapore at the forefront of human resource management in the region. The Singapore Management University and Ministry of Manpower will also establish a Human Capital Leadership Institute, which will conduct pan-Asian research on human resource challenges.
