The new Human Capital Leadership Institute ? set up by the Manpower Ministry and SMU ? aims to be the premier institution for raising strategic human capital capabilities in Asia by conducting pan-Asian research on important human resource challenges and offer training and development programmes on leadership and management to global participants.
