Foundations, endowments may be potential co-investors for Temasek
SMU Associate Professor Annie Koh, dean of executive and professional education, says that one single private equity fund alone may not want to fund the whole project so bringing Temasek in would be like a consortium approach towards investing in something which has huge payoff if it its successful.
