Isabelle Lim and Jacqueline Sitorus, final year students at SMU, write about their business study mission to Xian, China. The trip set out to help the group of 25 students gain deeper insights into Xian's economy and business climate and the Chinese culture and tradition that is unique to the western region of China. This is the first of a four-part series that will feature various SMU undergraduates who have gone abroad as part of their Business Study Mission course.
